All Domestic orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS. you will be notified if, or when other shipping services become available. All international orders are shipped DHL express or USPS. You will be notified if or when other shipping services become available  those options will be provided during checkout. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. if your items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking number emails, and/or packaging. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

 

Sales Tax 

Sales Tax is charged to those e-commerce sales shipped within the United States where required by law. When an order is submitted an estimated tax amount will post to your account. The exact rates for your order will be calculated according to applicable rates and rules for your local tax jurisdiction and will be reflected once final payment is settled. 

International customers are responsible for any incurred duty charges (DAP),(DDU). The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. In efforts to help our customers avoid additional fees, Hoovi may charge any applicable duty and import taxes in checkout if, or when applicable.
