We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit, or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, perfect condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for store credit or exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping/restocking fees are deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If within 24 hours we are not contacted about any issues or damages your refund will not be fulfilled. All pictures, videos, receipts of said damaged items must be provided within 24 hours.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarment goods, hats, or athletic wear (such as thermals, boxers, briefs, hosiery, hats of all styles, socks, tights, leggings, or sports bras), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Any items returned with rips, tears, stains, or any other damages that were not reported when customer first received items return will not be fulfilled. HOOVI LLC is not responsible for lost items, (meaning items lost by shipping carrier during shipping, or delivery). If your item(s) is marked as delivered by shipping carrier and you haven’t received your package(s) HOOVI LLC is not responsible. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package(s) to you. In the unfortunate event that your package is stolen due to where you are having it delivered (unsecured location) please file a report with your local law enforcement agency. HOOVI is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the packages leave our facility they are transported directly to the shipping provider, and scanned to be delivered to the location in which you've requested during checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you are not looking to immediately exchange a store credit will be given to you to use within 30 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be given store credit. When returned items are received we will then send out your items for exchange if an exchange was requested by the customer. Full refund/store credit/or exchange will be given for items that were reported as damaged within 24 hours of receiving package. It is up to the business to use better judgement, evaluated all proofs submitted, and investigate all information given to decide if items being reported as "damaged" within 24hours, was the fault of the company or customer. After use of better judgement and evaluation of all proof's company can decide if full refund should be granted, store credit, or exchange. All proof must be submitted (pictures, videos, receipts) upon request and no later than 24 hours of customer receiving package.
We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed or exchanged after submission. Shipping times may vary due to holidays, or changes within shipping provider policies, delays, etc. We are committed to shipping all packages within 15-20 days the MAX. In the event that your order has not shipped by 15-20 days MAX, you may reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. your funds will be released back to the card used during checkout immediately. Keep in mind the time may vary when the funds are available in your account depending on your Banking Center.
